John Collins

Alcoholic ordinary drink featuring Bourbon, best enjoyed in a Collins glass.

Ingredients

2 oz of Bourbon

1 oz of Lemon juice

1 tsp superfine of Sugar

3 oz of Club soda

1 of Maraschino cherry

1 of Orange

Recipe

Pour all ingredients directly into highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish. Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
