Mulled Wine

Alcoholic punch / party drink featuring Water, best enjoyed in a Collins Glass.

Ingredients

3 cups of Water

1 cup of Sugar

12 of Cloves

2 of Cinnamon

1 of Lemon peel

750 ml of Red wine

1/4 cup of Brandy

Recipe

Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes. Add wine heat to a "coffee temperature" (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.
