Pisco Sour

Alcoholic cocktail featuring Pisco, best enjoyed in a Cocktail glass.

Ingredients

2 oz of Pisco

1 oz of Lemon juice

1-2 tblsp of Sugar

1 of Ice

of Egg White

Recipe

Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters.
