French 75

Alcoholic ordinary drink featuring Gin, best enjoyed in a Collins glass.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz of Gin

2 tsp superfine of Sugar

1 1/2 oz of Lemon juice

4 oz Chilled of Champagne

1 of Orange

1 of Maraschino cherry

Recipe

Combine gin, sugar, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled champagne glass. Top up with Champagne. Stir gently.
