Horse's Neck

Alcoholic ordinary drink featuring Lemon peel, best enjoyed in a Highball glass.

Ingredients

1 long strip of Lemon peel

2 oz of Brandy

5 oz of Ginger ale

2 dashes of Bitters

Recipe

Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon zest. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.
